  1. Digital Products: If a digital product fails to work or is not received, a refund may be requested only if the complaint is raised within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be processed.

  2. Website Development: Once the ownership of the website has been transferred to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  3. Ads Management and Other Services: Payments made for ads management and other services are non-refundable in any case.
